What we collect
Waitlist email. When you join the waitlist on this site, we store only your email address so we can notify you about access. No tracking pixels, no analytics cookies, and no third-party profiling.
Error telemetry. We use Sentry to catch JavaScript errors in the browser. Sentry may collect your browser type, OS version, page URL, and a stack trace. We do not send private keys, wallet addresses, or any app data to Sentry.
None from the app. The Merlin Guild desktop application is self-hosted. Your keys, wallet data, and trade history stay on your machine. We do not have access to them.
How we use data
- Waitlist emails are used only to send product-update notifications. You can ask us to delete your email at any time.
- Error reports are used to fix bugs and improve stability.
- We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
Storage and security
Waitlist data is stored in an encrypted database. Access is limited to the core team. We keep emails only as long as you remain on the waitlist or until you ask for deletion.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data.
- Object to or restrict processing.

Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and notify waitlist subscribers.
